Paul Estey, Chief Innovation Officer

Paul is the former Vice President, Strategy of Artez Interactive, a global leader in online fundraising solutions. During his time at Artez, Paul was principally responsible for the organization’s international expansion to the United Kingdom and Australia, developed strategic partnerships in the United States, was instrumental in repositioning the company and more than doubling revenues, and invested significant time with Artez’ largest clients to refine, focus and often reinvent their fundraising strategies.

Prior to Artez, Paul was a strategy consultant with the Monitor Group where he helped Fortune 500 companies and their public sector equivalents analyze and develop their business and growth strategies.

A Mathematics graduate from the University of Waterloo, in his spare time Paul enjoys reading, travel, sports, and is actively involved in a variety of volunteer and fundraising activities.

Phillip Haid, CEO

Phillip spent the last seven years as Vice President & Managing Director of Manifest Communications, Canada’s leading social marketing agency. His role involved generating business, running the company’s day-to-day operations and acting as a strategic lead on cause and corporate citizenship strategies. Clients included the Ford Foundation, UBC and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.

Prior to Manifest, Phillip led the public sector practice at D-Code, a youth research and marketing firm; was a Project Manager at the Institute of Governance (an Ottawa-based think tank); a Project Officer at the Canadian Council for International Cooperation; and a Parliamentary Intern serving as a legislative assistant.

Phillip serves on the Boards of the Laidlaw Foundation (recently completing his term as President), Anaphylaxis Canada, and the Canadian Abilities Foundation. He has a Masters in International Relations from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs.

Adrian Bradbury, Director|Partnerships

Adrian is an experienced fundraiser, online/social media experimenter, human rights advocate, writer and the founder of Athletes for Africa, a global charity that provides education and opportunities for youth in Africa through the power of sport. Adrian is best known for launching GuluWalk, which became one of the world’s most recognized grassroots movements for peace in northern Uganda. GuluWalk started with the footsteps of just two people and is now an annual event with walks in over 100 cities in 16 countries, raising over $2.5-million for children’s programs exclusively online.

Adrian also recently launched Football for Good, an initiative in partnership with two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash. Football for Good plans to grow into a nonprofit social business that will bring community-centered academy football to regions that have been ravaged by war.

Adrian was honoured as a ‘Newsmaker of the Year’ by Maclean’s Magazine and has an extensive media and communications background, with his writing appearing in the National Post, The Globe and Mail and The Walrus.

Adrian sits as Vice President of Resolve Uganda, a Washington, DC-based non-profit organization campaigning for peace in Uganda. He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and currently resides in Toronto with his wife Kim and their two sons, Isaac and Owen.
